Change your relationship with food

We're often disconnected from our bodies and don't treat ourselves well, and the culture we live in feeds into this. Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you change the way you think and feel about about yourself so you can value and appreciate yourself and be happy being you.

How many sessions will I need?

The exact number differs for each person depending upon what you'd like to achieve and how ready you are to change. I work with people for a minimum of three sessions. Many people achieve positive change quite quickly and some  prefer to continue working over a longer period of time. We can discuss what works for you. Sessions take place either at my Brighton office or by Zoom. 

How much will it cost?

Three initial sessions cost £250. This includes an initial appointment of up to one and a half hours, two subsequent sessions of up to an hour and a bespoke MP3 hypnotic recording to embed the change. You can pay in installments if you would like. Follow on appointments are £75.
